NextGen Trainings (NGT)
NextGen Trainings is a project of the NextGen Academy. It is a vehicle for youth to have an accelerated learning experience, providing enriched, unique experiences for their growth. Through our intensive, experiential, and exciting programs young people focus on elements of their life to build a successful, enlightened, and joy-filled lifestyle.
NextGen Trainings will customize a private workshop for your company, organization, or group with a minimum of 40 attendees.
Ignite
As NGT's most transformational camp, Ignite is a week-long outdoor experience focused on developing true confidence, authenticity, and a sense of ownership over one's life. Designed to inspire today’s youth to discover purpose and passion in their lives, each day is filled with guided activities, education, and deep bonding experiences.

Momentum Series
In our desire to reach out and inspire the youth of America, NGT is providing local high schools the opportunity to receive a series of presentations on leadership entitled The Momentum Training Series.
The Momentum Training Series is a set of presentations that gives high school students a chance to learn about leadership and experience an open, free atmosphere with their peers. We offer a chance for students to understand the meaning of living a life of impact through activities and discussions, delving deeper into their own power and potential. Those who attend these presentations will be challenged to reach their full potential and to make an impact in their community and in the world

FUSION
Fusion brings the two worlds of parents and children together, allowing healing to take place. We come from the position that there is not a ‘fault’ or judgment of behavior in the interaction of parents and children. When we each realize that the other has been doing their best, motivated out of goodness, acceptance and forgiveness can take place. Healing and rebuilding are always the only way. What often seems an insurmountable – wanted but undesirable – confrontation, can become a moment of true connection. Given a proper context for openness and vulnerability, a shift can take place, which will offer a new outlook on life, on love and family.
Fusion provides this context for the possibility of a new relationship to exist.

Family Workshop
This is a transformational experience on the family level. Family Workshop is an opportunity for families to break through together in their relationships. NGA provides a space for parents and children to strengthen the bonds of the family by opening lines of deeper communication and understanding.
